Help Your Peers To Succeed

Don't be afraid of your peers around you, becoming greater than you. When you are not motivated by selfish ambition, you will do all you can to help your peers to become greater than yourself. Selfish ambition will hinder peers or cause you to watch them struggle, hoping that they do not succeed. Help them to become greater than you. When you do so, that marks your leadership as great, "secure" leadership.
