Our Team
We have formed a team of some of the most outstanding educators, coaches and community leaders, that possess a special love for urban, inner city children, while possessing and exemplifying unique communication skills, to better accommodate those children. We have many years of hands on training, in the arenas of public/ private schools, (K-12), colleges and church/youth groups, specializing in sports, Math, Career and Technical Education and Exceptional Education. With this team, we desire to make a difference, in our students' lives and also, helping to empower teachers, coaches, ministers, and other community leaders to do the same thing.

ROB BOWEN
Rob is a graduate of both, Auburn University and Jacksonville State University. He has experience in both, Juvenile and adult correctional services. He also, has worked in the nonprofit sector, for youth initiative programs such as anti bullying, peer pressure, gang prevention and abstinence education. Rob has taught in private school for 2 years and is currently a public educator for state of Alabama.

CALVIN LITTLEJOHN
Calvin began his career Milliken & Company in LaGrange, GA after graduating from North Carolina A&T State University with a B.S. in Business Administration concentrating in HR Management in 2005. Calvin has over 10 years of sales and management experience. After a successful career in sales, Calvin applied his skill set towards management, team building and motivational speaking to later serve as Program Manager and Director of INROADS. Calvin is now the Co-Founder of CareerLIFE.

JAQUITA JOHNSON
Mrs. J. Johnson has over 10 years experience in general education and special education. She offers the best of both worlds, where they commonly collide! She is familiar with extreme expectations of being in the general education class and the importance of implementing the IEP. She holds a Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education and Elementary Education. She has a Master’s in K-6 Collaborative Special Education and an ED.S. in 6-12 Collaborative Special Education.

S.PAGE MCKAY
Mrs. Soheila McKay, is a Birmingham, AL native, and a product of the Birmingham City Schools System. She attended the University of Montevallo where she earned both a B.S. in Family and Consumer Sciences and a Master's in Secondary Education. Soheila has over 10 years of experience in job readiness training and consumer economics. She currently works as a teacher for Human Services in Career and Technical Education and leads a women’s personal development support group.

TYRONE LEWIS
Tyrone Lewis is a native of Birmingham, Alabama. After graduating from high school, he received an Associates in Mathematics from Lawson State Community College. He later obtained a B.S. in both Mathematics and Education, from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He has 6 years of teaching experience in secondary education and 10 years of providing private tutoring services. Mr. Lewis is currently the Lead Math Teacher at Birmingham City School, W.J. Christian K-8.

REGINALD SMITH
Reginald D. Smith is native of Birmingham, AL specializing in adolescent and adult education in the areas of life skills and finances. Reginald currently works as a Business Development Officer with TruFund Financial Services in Birmingham, AL. He has been in the financial services industry for 6 years. Reginald is an active member of an educational advisory committee to assist educators in establishing, operating, and evaluating programs which serve the needs of students, business and industry.
